When it comes to real estate, Rob Luce knows how to strike ‘em out every time!
Selected in the 9th round of the 1996 Major League Baseball Draft, Luce excelled as a professional baseball player through 2003, receiving such accolades as The Minor League Pitcher of the Year for the Seattle Mariners, and the Seattle Award for professional conduct within the community.
In 2003, Rob began to pursue a full-time career in real estate, and the honors continued. In 2006, he received the prestigious President’s Award for real estate sold, selling over 50 homes in the Verrado community alone.
An avid investor in West Valley real estate since 2001, Rob Luce currently owns 14 homes in the region, and one in North Carolina.
Robert Luce recently has been chosen to the 2008 Presidential Who’s Who Among Business and Professional Achievers.

Jessica Luce - Realtor
A professional Realtor since 2003, Jessica Luce is no stranger to the West Valley community. Luce has been a member of Leadership West since 2004, and worked for DMB Associates from ’03-’05, helping to open the community of Verrado as the Community Relations Manager.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota and a Wisconsin native, Jessica was responsible for running Spring Training for the Milwaukee Brewers from ’00-’02, and is an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base.
In addition to working full-time in the Real Estate industry, Jess is also a devoted wife to her husband and business partner, Rob, and mother to a three-year-old son, Brennen, and a new born girl – Brianna!
