I really like the floor plan and the storage we had, just do your research and closely check the quality and when purchasing remember you get what you pay for quality wise. Dont they usually come in 2 halves and you see them going down the freeway. They can be very beautiful and are very sturdy and worth buying. You can even put a basement under them. People can still tell it is a modular home & not a built one from the outside; the inside looks & feels like a house. There are also prebuilt houses that can be put onto a foundation.
