They have condos and townhomes inthe area(Wigwam)...it is nice, residential and has a golf course. It gets a little more suspect south of there. West Glendale is good (near the Cardinals stadium at Glendale Ave and 95th Ave). I live near there and can vouh for that area. I don't know donwtown Glendale (55th Ave and Glendale Ave area) as well. Peoria is good up in the "Arrowhead" area - Bell Road and north of Bell Road in the 83rd Ave to 59th Ave area.
